Sales
Please contact us at 208.391.3110 to initiate a proposal for a custom-made design or a repair.
You’ll be connected to our expert craftsmen at our workshop in Boise, Idaho. The Customer Care Center is open Monday – Friday 9am-5:00pm(Mountain Time).
Payment
We build furniture on a custom-basis and require a full deposit for materials to initiate the project. When your order is nearing completion, we will contact you to arrange a delivery time. The balance will be due at time of delivery. We do not currently ship our products. If you are interested in an item being shipped outside of Boise, please contact our Customer Care Center at 208.391.3110 for additional information. We accept personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and Venmo.
Sales Tax
If your furniture is delivered to or picked in Idaho, we are required to charge applicable state sales tax.
Lead Times
Our furniture is made to order, requiring lead times prior to shipping. Most orders take between 4 to 8 weeks to build. Due to high demand and material shortages, lead times for some items are exceeding 10 weeks. For more information on current lead times, please contact our Customer Care Center 208.391.3110.
Delivery
