This beautiful portico was in a frightful state. The wood was rotting the paint was heavily layered from years of repair making it a hazard to anyone entering the house. With our help, the old paint was carefully removed, the structural elements patched and re-shaped then topped by a period-appropriate color scheme with crisp white accents and a vintage pallet. Now, the home is the belle of the neighborhood stately and elegant, just like she was over 100 years ago.
